The ICO team is comprised of over 20 staff, and over 120 volunteers. The team makes use of its differing knowledge backgrounds and rich experience to provide effective services. Our spectrum of resources incorporates literature, law, economics, sociology, social work, social development, business administration, international trade, music, graphic design, accounting, information technology, mechanical design, electronic maintenance, industrial safety, environmental protection, public sanitation and fine art design. Regardless of whether they graduated from famous universities or grew up in a factory environment, each has become a complex and capable NGO employee and continuously supports ICO's development

Perfect Organizational Structure
Nowadays, a efficient ， transparent and refined administration system is in place. The Board of Directors is at the top of the decision-making ladder in terms of drawing up stratagems and policy, while the Management Committee is responsible for ICO's routine and management according the decisions of the Board. Management decided to adjust widely ICO's management structure. Three sections were combined, namely Research & Advocacy, CSR Consulting Services and MWCC. At the same time, three inter-sectional teams were established, including an education training team, a research and advocacy team and CSR consultation team.
