Ms. GAO Yun
Ms. GAO Yun is a Legal Officer of the Special Action Programme to Combat Forced Labour of the department of Declaration of the ILO. She was educated in China on Chinese law and then in Switzerland Master on European Union Law, practising as lawyer in a law firm and then engaged as ILO official. Currently backstopping several projects in China. Specialise in research on migration issues. Publications include Exploitation of Chinese Immigrants in France and Europe, DECLARATION as Soft Law and Perspectives of Chinese Employers for CSR.

 

 

Mr. Ben Gunn
Mr. Ben Gunn is a Consultant, Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Technische
Zusammenarbeit (GTZ). EDUCATION Bachelor of Science; School of Life Sciences, Australian National University, Australia. Advanced Studies in Chinese Language, Tianjin Normal University, China

 

Prof. Chang Kai
Holding a doctorate in law, Professor Chang Kai is an expert in labor law, and is currently Executive Director of Institute of Labor Relations at Renmin University, as well as a professor at the School of Labor Relation and Human Resources. He is also a professor at Beijing University School of Law's labor law graduate school, a visiting professor at Japan's Kyushu University School of Law, official expert member of the Chinese National People's Congress Economics and Finance Committee, and consultant for the Beijing office of the ILO. Beginning in 1994, he has directed participated in the drafting programs for “Collective Contractual Obligations”, “Collective Contractual Law (Draft)”, and “Contractual Labor Law in the People's Republic of China”. Furthermore he participated in the drafting and editing of the proposals “Promoting Unemployment Law for the People's Republic of China”, “Social Security for the People's Republic of China”, and “Labor Union Law for the People's Republic of China”. His mains fields of study include labor relations, labor law, labor right research, international labor standards and agreements, history of labor movements, labor organizations, the situation of labor, etc.
