Dr. Mads Holst Jensen
Dr. Mads Holst Jensen is an adviser at the Human Rights & Business Department, Danish Institute for Human Rights. He is a referee of the Business and Society Review , member of the Steering Committee of the Asian Century Research School, co-editor of The China Newsletter , referee of the Research Council of Norway, and deputy member of the board of the Nordic Association for Chinese Studies (NACS). In addition to CSR and Human Rights & Business in China, the topics of Mads Holst Jensen's research and publications include social deviance, juvenile delinquency, public security, human rights and legal system reform in China. Mads Holst Jensen graduated from the University of Copenhagen and holds a Ph.D. degree in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Aarhus. Email: mhj@humanrights.dk

 

Ms. Felicia Pullam
Felicia Pullam leads APCO Worldwide's Corporate Responsibility (CR) practice in Asia. As an associate director based in Hong Kong, she specializes in assisting corporations with stakeholder relations, partnership building, and program design. Felicia works closely with APCO's communications and government relations consultants to develop programs that contribute to and fit organically with each client's overall strategy.
She has worked with a wide array of clients, ranging from development agencies and civil society organizations to multinationals and business associations, including the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS (GBC).

 

Mr Paul Wenman
Paul Wenman is founder of Managing Director of Source-Asia ( www.source-asia.net ) and co-founder of CSRchina ( www.csrchina.net ), providing information, advice practical support to European and Chinese businesses in the areas of corporate responsibility and responsible sourcing. He has been working globally in the area of environmental management and corporate social responsibility for more than 20 years – as a Director with ERM and Ernst&Young until 2003 when he decided to focus on Asia and China through his own business.
His main experience for the last 15 years has been with large multinationals, at the sharp end of strategy development and operational implementation. He has a history of building on international assurance assignments to implement cross-departmental programmes that achieve more integrated and effective management of business risks. His current focus is on the corporate responsibility aspects of doing business in China and elsewhere in Asia, particularly aspects of supplier management (through Source-Asia) and CSR management practice in China (CSRchina).
His private sector clients have included BP, BA, British Gas, Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Glaxo Wellcome, Black and Decker, Severn Trent, London Electricity, Novartis, Conoco, Anglo American, Hyundai, Danone, ST Microelectronics, Heinz, Unilever and Vodafone. He has worked in Europe, North America, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Korea, Botswana, Chile, Qatar and Russia.
He has also worked for public sector clients, including the European Commission, on policy and cost-benefit research studies relating to aspects of global warming, acid rain, eco-tourism, sustainable transport and renewable technologies.
