Mr Hiroshi Watanabe
Mr Hiroshi Watanabe was born on March 26th, 1950, in Warabi City, Saitama Prefecture. After graduating from Faculty of Engineering, Shibaura Institute of Technology, he joined an auto parts manufacturer in 1973. In 1981, Watanabe joined Fuji Xerox Cp., Ltd, then transferred to Suzuka Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. In 1981 and became a board member in 2003. In 2004, he was appointed General Manager of Dong Guan Da Ling Shan Suzuka Fuji Xerox Factory.
Watanabe is married and has two children. He is very fond of fishing, and goes to sea at least 30 times a year. He likes fine art, particularly oil painting and is now challenging Japanese-style painting.
Watanabe has a motto to enjoy his job. He believes that if he himself is not enjoying his work, then he cannot expect the others working together to be happy.

Mr Kelvin Ho
HK-Asia Regional Manager of CSCC. Kelvin joined CSCC in 1999 in Hong Kong. He devoted his effort to development of CSCC in Greater China and other Asia countries. He made Training Manager in 2001 and Asia Training Director in 2004. He currently overseas the HK-Asia region. He has done more than 700 social compliance audits in more than 26 countries in 3 Continents. He is certified in WRAP, SA8000, ICTI and other program. He is also an accredited Mattel Trainer and CSCC representative in ICTI Technical Manger Meeting.
In addition to regular social compliance audits, Kelvin has conducted numerous seminars and factory consultations in many different industries in order to help factories to understand social compliance and improve management performance. He also evaluated internal compliance programs of international buying and trading companies in HK and China.
