Prof. Qiao Jian
MA in History. Director of Labor Relation Department of the China Institute of Industrial Relation; General Secretary of Sub-institute of Labor Relation of China Institute of Human Resource.
He used to attend in advanced studies in Israel International Trade Union College, temporary visit scholar of Hong Kong Chinese University and Hong Kong Baptist University. He also played the role of lecturers in the ILO's programe of Human Resource Development and Labor Relation Management for Chinese Economic Developing Zone.
With regards to research area, he specializes in labor situation, labor relation and trade union theory. He got publication of General Situation of Trade Union of Foreign Investment Enterprise, Comparison research on Labor Dispute Intercession and Arbitration Procedure, WTO : Protection of Labor Rights etc.

 

Dr. Guo Peiyuan
Ph.D. of management, is the co-founder and General Manager of SynTao Co. Ltd.
Dr. Guo has been focusing on sustainable development, corporate social responsibility and socially responsible investment in China for a long time. His research papers and articles were published on several journals and magazines, and he had been invited to speak at many international conferences. Besides, Dr. Guo had work experiences in leading organizations such as the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, the West LB, etc.
Dr. Guo created SynTao in 2005. SynTao aims to provide clients with high quality CSR/SRI research and consulting services using its local network and expertise. SynTao.com, the corporate website, has become one of the most important CSR/SRI information platforms in the region.
Currently, SynTao works together with GTZ on China CSR Map project (chinacsrmap.org), to advocate stakeholders engagement activities in China.
