Mr Lieber, André Florian,
Mr Lieber, André Florian is the Technical Advisor of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH. He showed great interest in CSR in developing countries, CSR and governance, stakeholder engagement in China. He worked for the Sino-German Economic & Structural Reform Programme and participated the Round Table on CSR & Social Standards / BRICS+G: Sustainable Development and Growth in Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa and Germany . He is the co-founder of f.ize Network China and China CSR Map. Prior to this ,he was the consultant of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
Mr Lieber, André Florian finished his graduate study at Witten/Herdecke University. When he moved to China, he came to Nankai University to learn Language and Cultural Studies as the Scholar of the German Academic Exchange Service, then he played the role of International Visitor of Rural Development Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences / CASS.

Dr. Berthold Kuhn
Dr. Berthold Kuhn is Visiting Professor, Tsinghua University, Beijing, School of Public Policy and Management, NGO Research Centre, supported by the German Government through CIM. Research and teaching on legal and political framework for civil society organisations in Asian and European countries . Prior to this, he also had experience as advisory service for the European Commission, United Nations Development Programme, World Bank, German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, German Technical Cooperation (GTZ GmbH) on civil society, good governance, social and economic development issues in Asia and Africa, including labour standards.
Besides, he plays roles in several professional associations and NGOs, including German Federation of University Professors (DHV), German Association of Political Sciences (DVPW), Act! Orissa, Berlin !
Based on his fruitful knowledge and expericence, he made out large quantities of works on civil society and legal study, like T he Growing Importance of Civil Society in India , Government-NGO Cooperation in the People's Republic of China: Experiences from Yunnan Province, Legitimacy through Constitution , Intergover n mental or Supranational Integration , The Debate on the European Integration Process ect. |

Mr Frank van der Valk
Mr Frank van der Valk was educated as an environmental chemist. He holds a M.Sc. from the University of Utrecht (the Netherlands) and a B.A. (Economics) from the University of Amsterdam. Most of his professional life he worked in the field of sustainable development. Many years for the Dutch government, concentrating on international water management and climate change issues. After some years of international consultancy on sustainable development, he headed the advocacy department of Oxfam Novib from 2002 – 2006. Currently, he is strategic advisor on China at Oxfam Novib. |
