Mr Zhang Yisheng
Mr Zhang Yisheng is General Manager of Chai Da Garments Ltd. Zhang Yisheng has worked in labor-intensive metalwork, electronic assembly, foreign shoemaking systems and textile production, and has been engaged in business management for the last thirty years. He first came in contact with CSR work in 1988, and in 2002 received SAI's SA8000 training; afterwards he dedicated himself to practicing socially responsible business management. He is currently working in Kaiping, Guangdong Pro. for a Chinese-foreign joint venture named Ying Xie Garments Ltd. as well as Chai Da Garment Ltd.

Dr Ding Ningning
Dr Ding Ningning is Director general at Department of Social Development, China State Council Research and Development Centre. The research areas cover Economic Policy, Economic System Reform, Enterprise System and State-owned Enterprise Reform and Development, Social Development. He attained the PHD in Economic at China Central Party School. After that, he went aboard to Oxford to study Economic History of British in China Research Center. When back to China, he began to worked at the China State Council Research and Development Center, as the Director of Enterprise Economic Research, Vice-Director General, Director General. In November 1998, he played the Director General at Department of Social Development. Meanwhile, he also is the member of Academy Committee of China State Council Research and Development Centre, Director of China Energy Research Society.

Mr Apo Leong
Mr Apo Leong was born in Macau in the year of 1949. After finishing middle school in Hong Kong, he began to work at factory, and was engaged in movements on labor in the 70's. Now, he is the Executive Director of the Asia Monitor Resource Center, focusing on the research of Asia's and China's labor law, social security, labor relationship, corporate social responsibility and industry safety and health. Apo Leong always attends international conferences and tries to promote workers rights.
