The Multi-directional Volunteers
The volunteers of ICO are relatively stable, nearly 120, from three kinds of areas:
• About 10 experts who are from colleges, research organizations and MNCs. These professors, researchers, and senior managers help ICO promoting its professional service level in all fields.
• Almost 30 professionals, including domestic and oversea college students, lawyers, teachers and others, to directly join ICO's services.
• Approximately 80 migrant workers who are the main force of ICO's volunteers' team. They offer voluntary services to ICO in the fields of community activities and labor education.

According to ICO's duty, mission and need, our volunteers divide into three categories: First, domestic and oversea experts and scholars who concern with Chinese labor issues and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can efficiently promote ICO's research ability. As well ICO offers more basic supports for their researches. Second, through studying and working in ICO, domestic and oversea college students and others who focus their attention on ICO's career can understand Chinese situation more objectively and entirely. Third, migrant workers living around the community ICO located do not only help ICO's routine, but the most important thing is that they promote a harmonious relationship between migrant workers and ICO as well.
Base on above three categories, applicants should require application form according to her/his own situation by website or mail. ICO will adopt different recruiting and choosing methods (For detailed application process, please refer “volunteers' work process” or related content in the website). At the same time, ICO will ensure equal opportunity for every applicant to become a volunteer, because ICO needs supports from every aspect.

Please write down “volunteer application” on the envelope.
