Volunteers' Rights
ICO offers necessary workplace and facility to volunteers. In the activities assisted by volunteers, ICO will provide related equipment.
Volunteers enjoy the same work and rest schedule as full-time staff of ICO. In addition, if volunteers prefer more flexible working time, consultation with ICO in advance is required.
In service period, volunteers will obtain similar trainings as what ICO staff gets.
Volunteers have the right of understanding ICO fully.
ICO will offer chance and right of listen to the voice of volunteers.
In term of volunteers' need, they can aptly choose their task and be estimated accurately by ICO.
Volunteers' Obligations
To comply with all ICO's regulations on office, safety etc;
To keep ICO's reputation and accountability;
To provide voluntary service sincerely and to recognize the value of the work engaged in;
To participate in training and related studying activities, according to regulations;
To collaborate with ICO's staff and other volunteers, and to build equal cooperation relationship together;
To submit work review and report routinely;
To have opportunity and duty to attend safety training, e.g. how to deal with emergency |
