Tsinghua University's Center for the Study of Contemporary China is part of the University's Renwen Social Science Institute. It relies on the University's education research students, and connects with experts across the globe in order to carry out research on contemporary China.
The Center has chosen to use as its research foci the most important problems facing China's development and by that approach gather related information. The Center develops cooperation in three levels: to cooperate with government, provide solution for public policy-making; to advance the cooperation among the researchers, promote research process of crucial areas; to offer the engagement opportunities for newcomers and students, raise their interests in significant issues.
