PERLOS was a Finnish company, built up in 1953. The main products of Perlos are plastic cover of telecom products and some medicine products (injector). Its clients include Nokia, Ericsson, and Mitsubishi. Its factories spread worldwide: Finland, American, England, Hungary, Singapore, Brazil, Sweden and China. Perlos (Guangzhou) has 1,200 employees, 13,000 square area, was put into operation in August 2000.
From 16 to 17 December, 2004, invited by human resource department of Perlos (Guangzhou), ICO conduct the training for Perlos supervisors. This project is specially designed by study requirement, focused on role shifts of supervisors, basic skills of management, basic knowledge of management, responsibilities of supervisors. In order to help the participants to accept and apply the new knowledge to solve the real problems in short time, the project adopted both presentation and discussion. To be excited, most of participants could apply the theory to solving the problems, instructed by training teachers of ICO. 60 supervisors of Perlos attended the training.
