DuPont is a multi-national corporation making a point of scientific research, provides scientific solution program to enhance living quality in the fields of food & nourishment, health care, garment, house & construction, electronic and traffic. DuPont, set up on 1802, with more than 79,000 employees, operate business in 70 countries. In 1988, DuPont (China) Group was built on Shenzhen, with 500 employees. Now its main product is chemicals.
In 2005, ICO conducted “ICO/DUPONT Production Line-Supervisor Training Project” collaborating with DuPont (China) Group. Through the communication with human resource management and line-supervisor representatives of DuPont, raising management awareness and comprehensive ability of supervisors is appointed as the subject of this training. Referring to DuPont character and result of training requirement questionnaire, ICO designed training courses as five parts: line-supervisors' role and responsibility, communication ability, emotion management, confliction management and career planning. The training introduced interactive function to build open and active environment, provided practical cases to analyze and discuss. Total 40 line-supervisors of Shenzhen factory of DuPont (China) Group participated this three-months' training program.
